What Connect does for you
Your account, not ours
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and phone number. We store only the access you grant, encrypted, and you can withdraw it at any time.
One API, every channel
Your application calls one endpoint with an API key. Which carrier actually delivers the message is ours to worry about, and can change without you touching a line of code.
Templates and approvals
WhatsApp templates are submitted to Meta from Connect and their approval status read back, so you know what you are allowed to send before you send it.
Consent built in
A STOP reply suppresses that contact immediately, and marketing opt-outs stay separate from the service messages a customer still needs to receive.
Queued, retried, never lost
Messages are stored before they are sent and retried with backoff when a provider is down, so an outage delays delivery rather than losing it.
Separate workspaces
Each business has its own workspace, its own senders and its own data. Nothing is pooled or shared between them.
