How our products and services reach you. Everything we sell is delivered online.

No physical shipping
Siddex Tech sells software subscriptions and software services. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no courier involved.
Subscriptions
- Your workspace is ready immediately after sign-up, and you receive the sign-in details by email.
- After payment, the paid plan is active straight away. The GST invoice and payment receipt are emailed to your billing email and also shown on the Billing page of your workspace.
- If access has not started within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@siddextech.com and we will resolve it the same working day.
Custom software and implementation
Delivered online (hosted for you, or handed over as agreed) on the timeline in the signed proposal for that work.
